This is one of the star wines of Celler de Corbera, winner among others of the Vinari de Oro 2020 award. It is the only parellada 100% bottled in the DO Terra Alta. It is more complex and personal than we are used to for this variety, with a long and pleasant palate, but at the same time fine and delicate. Make a hole in your cellar and you will not regret it.

L'Home Peix blanco is a wine that offers us a new look at parellada: more complex and personal than we are used to, but at the same time just as fine and delicate.
Between 8 and 10 degrees
The touch of acidity provided by the parellada makes it a very gastronomic wine, which will perfectly clean your mouth without masking the dish you are enjoying. So you can include it in any meal with rice, fish or seafood. We also recommend it if you are wine lovers who want to see how a parellada 100% born and vinified in the DO Terra Alta turns out: it will surprise you!
We start with a concrete suggestion: a glass of L'Home Peix white with a tuna tataki. Delicious! You can also combine this wine with seafood, fish and vegetable rice. With fatty fish or with sauce, white meats and soft cheeses.
Made from old Parellada vineyards from the DO Terra Alta in the Corbera d'Ebre area.
The must is vinified between 14 and 16ºC at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts, in stainless steel tanks.
Garnacha is one of the distinguishing features of its wines, which are accompanied by other varieties such as Macabeo, Parellada, Tempranillo, Merlot, Mazuelo, Syrah and Cariñena. The area basks in a Mediterranean climate with strong continental influence and low levels of precipitation. These conditions, accompanied by a high-altitude terroir and strong sunshine, make the wines robust and well-structured.
The so-called Customs of Orta (1296) and Miravet (1319) already regulated the sale of wine from the region. But it wasn't until the late nineteenth century that winegrowing became widespread. With the phylloxera plague, the demand from producers for DO Terra Alta [1] grapes increased, first from the French and then from the neighbouring regions that today are DO Tarragona and DOQ Priorat. In the early twentieth century, the organisation of cooperatives was a revolution.
Viniscoop's wines and cavas are authentic products of the land. They are made by agricultural cooperatives, which represent hundreds of farming families.
