Result of the partnership between the Cooperativa Falset-Marçà and the sommelier Eric Lahon. Made from the Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo vines that Lahon bought in the DO Montsant. "The scarcity of white varieties in our vineyards forces us to treat them with special care. This care and our work result in a wine like this", explain its creators.

Very attractive straw yellow, clean and bright with sparkles of a greenish hue.
On the nose it has a medium and elegant intensity. Floral, with citrus, pineapple and passion fruit.
Fresh, elegant, with heaps of personality. Unctuous wine with volume and acidity very well balanced with the alcohol and fruit.
A magnificent example of the huge possibilities of Mas Lahon's white varieties. An agricultural asset which, complemented by its unique production process, make it a fine wine.
Between 8 and 10 degrees
This wine goes very well with oysters, sushi and smoked fish, as well as any other fish or rice dish.
This is a truly idiosyncratic white wine, with very personal characteristics that give it a fanTastingic appeal. The recommendation is usually to ignore common beliefs and experiment with certain wines. This is true here, but in this particular case it's also the perfect partner for delicious fish dishes. And if you get the chance to pair it with a seafood platter, you'll go into a state of shock. A shock that you'll want to repeat again and again.
Selected Garnacha and Macabeo vineyards over 25 years old, harvested at the optimum point of ripeness. "The scarcity of white varieties in our vineyards forces us to treat them with special care. This care and our work result in a wine like this".
24-hour maceration with the skins and saignée of the unpressed grape. Fermented at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Part of the unpressed Garnacha grape ferments in new French oak barrels and is aged for 4 to 5 months with bâtonnage. Coupage of the wine from the barrels with the wine from the stainless steel tanks.
The Cooperativa Falset-Marçà (DO Montsant) is the result of the merger between the Marçà and Falset cooperatives, two neighbouring towns just a three-kilometre drive apart in the southern part of the Priorat region.
In 1932, the Falset subzone was created within the limits of the DO Tarragona, which had previously occupied the current territory of the DO Montsant (finally created in 2001). It currently has a total of fifty-nine wineries spread between the Priorat and the Ribera de Ebro. The DO covers everything from family vineyards to private wineries of various sizes and major cooperatives.
