¿For what purposes does Viniscoop SL process the personal data of the customers?
VINISCOOP SL collects and processes personal information to manage relationships with users, the primary purposes of which are the following:

VINISCOOP SL only keeps user information for the period of time required to meet the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations and to cover any possible liabilities that may arise from the fulfilment of the purpose for which the data was collected
If at any time your data is collected to contact you as a potential user of our services or to respond to a request for information made by you, this data will be kept for a maximum of one (1) year from the date of its collection, and will be deleted after this period if a contractual relationship has not been entered into or at the time the user requests.

VINISCOOP SL must respond to your request within one (1) month. However, the deadline may be extended by a further two (2) months in the event of complex requests or high volumes of requests.
VINISCOOP SL is obliged to inform you of the means of exercising your rights, which must be made available to you and may not be refused on the sole grounds that you choose another means to exercise your rights. If your request is submitted by electronic means, information will be provided to you by these same means whenever possible, unless you request a different means of communication.
If VINISCOOP SL does not act on the request, it will inform you within one (1) month of the grounds for its failure to act and the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.
