Llàgrimes De Tardor Criança
Llàgrimes de Tardor confers local wines with a wonderfully poetic brand, which is full of meanings, quality and identity. The production of the first Llàgrimes de Tardor in 1996, a crianza red, was a quantum leap in the projection of all our wines and in the recognition and prestige of the Terra Alta DO.
Type of wine
Garnatxa negra, Carinyena, Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon
Designation of origin
Do Terra Alta
Style of Wine
Fine red wine
Very intense red colour.
The aroma combines notes of red berries typical of the Garnacha, of ageing and of the surroundings.
Broad, amiable and fresh midpalate with a long finish.
A notable varietal character, dominated by traditional vines, meticulous production and bottle ageing for much longer than a conventional crianza. This is one of the most outstanding crianza reds from the DO Terra Alta.
It's a very versatile red wine to pair with main dishes, mostly meat, especially if roasted or stewed. Its freshness also makes it a hit with meat dishes such as meatballs, with wild mushroom stews or even with cuttlefish.
This is a simply fanTastingic wine that reflects the winemaking reality of the Terra Alta, and not just its exceptional Garnachas, but also its wonderful Cariñenas. It's a harmony of flavours, terroirs and vineyards which, despite their location, firmly and decisively cherish the Mediterranean spirit. And, if you've read the pairing section, you'll already have seen that it's a wine that adapts to different culinary creations (meat dishes, wild mushrooms), but you can also try it with a cuttlefish-based stew. Wow! Get ready to experience a sensory festival. You've been forewarned. A stunning wine!

Sant Josep Vins
Agrícola Sant Josep is a cooperative that was founded in the village of Bot in 1962. It processes and sells the fruits of the three most traditional woody crops in Mediterranean agriculture: the vine, the olive tree and the almond tree.
Do Terra Alta
The so-called Customs of Orta (1296) and Miravet (1319) already regulated the sale of wine from the region. But it wasn't until the late nineteenth century that winegrowing became widespread. With the phylloxera plague, the demand from producers for DO Terra Alta grapes increased, first from the French and then from the neighbouring regions that today are DO Tarragona and DOQ Priorat. In the early twentieth century, the organisation of cooperatives was a revolution.
