Time is a key ingredient in any wine. The age of the vines, the maturation of the grapes, the ageing in barrels, and so on. And it was from this idea that Fill del Temps was born. A red wine made with two varieties that give us the genesis of the Terra Alta: its Garnacha Tinta and its Cariñena. A coupage rounded off with ageing that results in a wine that's as intense as it is elegant.

Red wine, with hints of purple cherry.
Great aromatic intensity (ripe black fruit, spices, Mediterranean herbs) and wood ageing (tobacco, toasted notes).
Round, intense, fresh and gentle, full-bodied, with good structure. Complex, flavoursome, persistent and with a broad and gentle finish.
This is a new wine from the Tierra Alta made from the two varieties typical of the area and rounded off with a hint of barrel ageing.
Between 12 and 14 degrees
A very elegant wine that will pair very well with cold cuts and mature cheeses, cured red meats and slow-cooked dishes. Ideal with stews.
We've recommended Garnachas from the Terra Alta many a time, but now you've got the chance to try another variety that in recent years has recovered bygone values, Cariñena. In this case, you'll enjoy a wine that is delicious on the nose, with very lively aromas of ripe fruit and a very intense and flavoursome palate, despite being full-bodied. It will make your mouth water. We recommend drinking by the glass, but it's also amazing when paired with foods.
Made with selected grapes from vineyards over 60 years old in the Tierra Alta. Chiefly calcareous and loess soils.
It preserves the varietal aroma with hints of wood. Aged for 6 and 12 months in French oak barrels that are progressively renewed each year.
In 1942 the Union of Cooperatives of the Camp of the Province of Tarragona to Reus was constituted. The entity was created with the aim of bringing together all the farmers of the province.
Three years later, Unió acquired the first facilities on Tivoli Street in the city of Reus, popularly known as "La Exportadora". In 1945 the Priorat Designation of Origin was born. That year, Unió bottled its first bottle of DO Priorat wine. In 1963 the Union of Cooperatives of the Camp of the Province of Tarragona is separated from the State and becomes a private entity.
The so-called Customs of Orta (1296) and Miravet (1319) already regulated the sale of wine from the region. But it wasn't until the late nineteenth century that winegrowing became widespread. With the phylloxera plague, the demand from producers for DO Terra Alta [1] grapes increased, first from the French and then from the neighbouring regions that today are DO Tarragona and DOQ Priorat. In the early twentieth century, the organisation of cooperatives was a revolution.
