A good wine is for consistent meals. This in particular, pairs successfully with those meals in which red meat is its main protagonist. Taken at its ideal temperature and accompanied by undercooked meats, stews, or even powerful aged cheeses, it guarantees its total success. In addition, the format in which it is presented will allow the wine to be preserved for several weeks. Try it and surprise your guests!
Mil nou-cents dinou (1919) can serve us as wine by the glass. It is ideal to accompany red and game meats such as beef fillets, fricandeau... Also for stews or aged cheeses. We suggest you try it with a black angus burger with brie cheese, you will love it!

Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats for approximately 20-25 days at 25ºC. Subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for about 12 months.
On 19 February 1919, José Maria Sierras, founder and first chairman of the cooperative, and Jaume Fontanet, member of the board, commissioned the architect César Martinell, a disciple of the great architects Josep Puig i Cadafalch and Antoni Gaudi, to construct the Bodega Cooperativa de Gandesa, then called the Gandesa Agricultural Cooperation Union.
