A great cava. Ideal to pair with rice, seafood and white meat. This is great, but also treat yourself to a glass by itself. A pleasure for the palate.
Occasion
This is a cava that can be described as extraordinary. You'll probably expect us to recommend opening a bottle on major occasions. That's true. But if you have the chance, try it on a normal day and look for any excuse to open a bottle. The serving temperature is very important. And when you pour it into the glass, marvel at the dance of the harmonious and elegant bubbles. Quite a sight. Enjoy it glass by glass, although you won't take long to finish the bottle. Make sure you have a second one handy!
In the vineyard
Grapes from Alt Camp vineyards located at an altitude of 250 metres and 18 kilometres from the Mediterranean, planted in clay-calcareous soils. The ground warms them generously throughout the year.

A Great Reserve Brut Nature, with a long and undisturbed ageing of 5 years. A pure, untamed cava, without dosage.
