Pale yellow colour with golden hues. Splendid effervescence with beads of bubbles forming a crown.

Nose

The nose displays tropical and citrus notes with toasted undertones.

Mouthfeel

On the palate it's fleshy, lingering and complex. Notes of pastry and tropical fruits predominate.

The legacy of previous generations of winegrowers provides a trusted organic hallmark. From Gelida to El Vendrell and throughout the Penedès, more than 2,300 hectares of vineyards spread across more than fifty towns and villages make up the Covides vineyard.

Preparation, second fermentation in the bottle and long ageing as meticulous and natural as possible to guarantee the enjoyment of this organic brut Reserve cava.

Covides is the leading wine cooperative in Catalonia in terms of volume, with an average annual harvest of around twenty-four million kilos of grapes.

It stems from the desire of more than six hundred winegrowers from the Penedès to use their harvests to make wine together.
