Duc De Foix Brut Nature
One of the outstanding cavas from the Covides premium range. With a strict selection of grapes and a longer ageing. A brut made from the classic trilogy of grapes, which give it freshness, lively acidity, a well-present bubble and a dry and intense palate.

Mouthfeel
Very fresh and elegant attack. The citrus notes stand out on the palate with hints of toasted flavours. Long and persistent finish.
General
This is a dry cava, but very drinkable and very fresh at the same time. A very good combination between the hints of fruit and the hints of ageing.

Between 4 and 6 degrees
Pairing Notes
A cava that harmonises perfectly with white meats, fish, soft cheeses, while also being excellent for aperitifs.
Occasion
For lovers of natural brut cavas, this is a wonderful choice. On the first sip it may seem like just another cava, but you'll soon see how your mouth will be treated to a fanTastingic experience. If served with a blue fish, its freshness and its citrus hints will cleanse your mouth with the utmost elegance and have you dying for the next bite. Forgive the expression, but "it's a very, very cool cava".
In the vineyard
The legacy of previous generations of winegrowers provides a trusted organic hallmark. From Gelida to El Vendrell and throughout the Penedès, more than 2,300 hectares of vineyards spread across more than fifty towns and villages make up the Covides vineyard.
In the winery
Aged for 24 months with a special selection of yeasts in the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia cellars. No type of liqueur d'expedition is used, nor are sugars added during disgorgement.
Covides
Covides is the leading wine cooperative in Catalonia in terms of volume, with an average annual harvest of around twenty-four million kilos of grapes.
It stems from the desire of more than six hundred winegrowers from the Penedès to use their harvests to make wine together.
