Fun and fizz
Pale yellow with green hues and tiny bubbles that form beads.
On the nose it's very fresh with notes of peach and apricot.
On the palate it's rounded and very pleasant, with a nose reminiscent of ripe fruit and pastry.
A cava made with the three white varieties from the best organic vineyards within the DO Cava. It's renowned for its admirable simplicity and, at the same time, its culinary complexity.

The huge personality of this cava makes it ideal both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to dishes from exotic cuisines such as Asian or more traditional cuisines such as Mediterranean. It's perfect with fish, soft cheeses, shellfish, rice dishes, smoked salmon, gourmet salads and white meats.
This is an organic and vegan cava with magnificent finesse. One of those that before drinking you can spend a long time captivated by the harmony of the bubbles flowing in the form of beads. First of all, it's a great accompaniment to a Tastingy aperitif. But its culinary complicity goes much further and it can wonderfully complement much more complex cold dishes from Asian cuisine. In other words, sushi or smoked fish. It's so versatile that it's also perfect for salads with the acidity of a semi-soft cheese. Should we keep going? There's no need, right? Improvise!
In the vineyard
The legacy of previous generations of winegrowers provides a trusted organic hallmark. From Gelida to El Vendrell and throughout the Penedès, more than 2,300 hectares of vineyards spread across more than fifty towns and villages make up the Covides vineyard.
In the winery
From the best plots of organically farmed grapes of the Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties. Its preparation, second fermentation in the bottle and long ageing have been as meticulous and natural as possible to guarantee the enjoyment of this organic brut cava.
Covides is the leading wine cooperative in Catalonia in terms of volume, with an average annual harvest of around twenty-four million kilos of grapes.
It stems from the desire of more than six hundred winegrowers from the Penedès to use their harvests to make wine together.
