General

Meticulous preparation and long ageing in our cellars in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia result in this unique brut nature Reserve cava, with a bright pale yellow colour and very fine bubbles.

Tip: when you buy a bottle of this cava, pamper it well, serve it at the right temperature and don't take too long to drink it all. None of this keeping it in the fridge for a few days! In the vineyard

The legacy of previous generations of winegrowers provides a trusted organic hallmark. From Gelida to El Vendrell and throughout the Penedès, more than 2,300 hectares of vineyards spread across more than fifty towns and villages make up the Covides vineyard.

In the winery

Selection of the best grapes, and in the case of the Chardonnay variety, a cold extended maceration is carried out for a few hours. Coupage followed by tirage at the beginning of 2016. Second fermentation in the bottle and ageing until disgorgement.
