Pairing Notes

It pairs with all kinds of foods and its structure is perfect for pairing with all courses, from starters to dessert.

Get ready because this cava is one of those that will be finished in no time. Have another bottle nearby just in case. Oh, and very important: respect the recommended temperature as much as possible. Don't make the mistake of serving it cooler because then you won't savour it at all. This is a cava with a fanTastingic finesse with which you could spend time admiring its discreet but majestic bubbles. Enjoy the moment!

In the winery

Second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method, and aged for more than 24 months in the cellars of the Sarral cooperative.

Vinícola De Sarral

1959 saw the merger of this village's two farming entities, the Agricultural Union, created in 1907, and the Winegrowers Union, formed in 1913 under the name of Cooperativa Vinícola de Sarral.

The production of bottled wines and cavas dates back to the 1980s (the construction of the first cellar, for example, dates from 1984). Later, the facilities were expanded and modernised, first for the production of cavas and then still wines.
