Result of the partnership between the Cooperativa Falset-Marçà and the sommelier Eric Lahon. Made with grapes from the vineyards that Lahon bought in the DO Montsant. The idea is to showcase the maximum expressiveness of the different varieties. In this Lou Roata, the grapes from old Garnacha and Syrah vines give it a truly sensational character.

Lou Rosé is perfect to enjoy at any time, even as an aperitif or a mid-afternoon drink. Great with light bites, pasta, rice dishes and, of course, fish, but also with unelaborate meat dishes.
A very personal rosé that passionately portrays the virtues of this line of rosés that is gaining more followers every day. Ideal for anyone looking for a clean and refreshing wine cava with clear hints of Mediterranean essences. A wine that suits a whole host of Tastinges and occasions. We recommend it especially with a good bowl of pasta or a pizza. An excellent wine to share and savour an assortment of varied tapas.
Vines from a 9.7-hectare estate in the Priorat region. Grapes selected from the oldest vines of each variety. Some are close to 100 years old. Slate, chalk, calcareous and sandy soils at altitudes between 350 and 600 metres.
A meticulous process, where the saignée is the most important moment, as the must takes on its colour in contact with the skins. Little by little until the desired colour is achieved. As if it were a white, it's protected from oxygen to prevent oxidation.
The Cooperativa Falset-Marçà (DO Montsant) is the result of the merger between the Marçà and Falset cooperatives, two neighbouring towns just a three-kilometre drive apart in the southern part of the Priorat region.
In 1932, the Falset subzone was created within the limits of the DO Tarragona, which had previously occupied the current territory of the DO Montsant (finally created in 2001). It currently has a total of fifty-nine wineries spread between the Priorat and the Ribera de Ebro. The DO covers everything from family vineyards to private wineries of various sizes and major cooperatives.
Viniscoop's wines and cavas are authentic products of the land. They are made by agricultural cooperatives, which represent hundreds of farming families.
With your purchase you are promoting the social, economic and environmental sustainability of the territory, offering opportunities to young people in rural areas and enjoying authentic products, made following the tradition inherited for generations.
Our values make us different. Cheers and good wine!
