Result of the partnership between the Cooperativa Falset-Marçà and the sommelier Eric Lahon. Made with grapes from the vineyards that Lahon bought in the DO Montsant. The idea is to showcase the maximum expressiveness of the different varieties. The delicate fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels give the wine a remarkable personality.

Cherry red with violet hues, good depth, clean and bright.
Ripe fruit, strawberry, redcurrant, cassis and secondary notes of barrel, dark-roasted flavours and spices.
Dense, with firm but rounded tannins. Good acidity, lingering. Modern, full of nuances and elegant.
A red wine with a very special coupage, produced by the family project of Lahon, who comes from Brussels (Belgium) and settled in Tastinglonia in 1994. The grapes from old vines (the Mas Lahon) give it a sensational character.
Between 16 and 18 degrees
A truly versatile wine. A wonderful companion for contemporary and exotic cuisine. It pairs perfectly with mild meat dishes and is the perfect red for fish such as salmon or tuna.
"You have to remember that wine is made to be Tastinged and not to be drunk. You don't need to be a professional sommelier to enter the intimacy of a wine and appreciate it for its fair value. Tastinging a wine triggers unexpected discoveries and sensations that are very difficult to explain". These are the words of Eric Lahon himself and they perfectly describe his wine. A red that breaks with clichés and common beliefs. Do the fieldwork, experiment and enjoy.
Vines from a 9.7-hectare estate in the Priorat region. Vineyards between 20 and 50 years old on estates with slate, clay, limestone and sandy soils, at a height of between 350-500 metres. Harvested manually according to the optimum ripening time of each variety.
Separate fermentation of varieties in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with a maceration phase at 14°C and then alcoholic fermentation at 22°C. After gentle pressing, controlled malolactic fermentation begins. Six months in new third-year French oak barrels.
The Cooperativa Falset-Marçà (DO Montsant) is the result of the merger between the Marçà and Falset cooperatives, two neighbouring towns just a three-kilometre drive apart in the southern part of the Priorat region.
In 1932, the Falset subzone was created within the limits of the DO Tarragona, which had previously occupied the current territory of the DO Montsant (finally created in 2001). It currently has a total of fifty-nine wineries spread between the Priorat and the Ribera de Ebro. The DO covers everything from family vineyards to private wineries of various sizes and major cooperatives.
