Result of the partnership between the Cooperativa Falset-Marçà and the sommelier Eric Lahon. Made from the old Garnacha, Cariñena and Syrah vines that Lahon bought in the DO Montsant. The delicate fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels make l'Esparver a truly great Montsant.

An absolutely stunning wine. A wonderful coupage of the three varieties, an exceptional old vine, harvest by hand with a large selection of grapes, and ageing in French oak barrels. This is a Montsant red wine that will enamour you the minute that you Tastinge it. It's very important to drink it at the recommended temperature and remember to open the bottle a while before trying it. This means that you can savour all the organoleptic qualities that it has been treasuring during its preparation.

The Cooperativa Falset-Marçà (DO Montsant) is the result of the merger between the Marçà and Falset cooperatives, two neighbouring towns just a three-kilometre drive apart in the southern part of the Priorat region.
In 1932, the Falset subzone was created within the limits of the DO Tarragona, which had previously occupied the current territory of the DO Montsant (finally created in 2001). It currently has a total of fifty-nine wineries spread between the Priorat and the Ribera de Ebro. The DO covers everything from family vineyards to private wineries of various sizes and major cooperatives.
Viniscoop's wines and cavas are authentic products of the land. They are made by agricultural cooperatives, which represent hundreds of farming families.
With your purchase you are promoting the social, economic and environmental sustainability of the territory, offering opportunities to young people in rural areas and enjoying authentic products, made following the tradition inherited for generations.
Our values make us different. Cheers and good wine!
