Complex aromas, to red and black fruit jam. It has a wide variety of nuances: black pepper, cloves, cocoa, Mediterranean undergrowth.

Grapes selected from old vines typical of Carignan and Garnacha. Collected in boxes of 15 kg.
Traditional fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Clarified with vegetable protein and with a gentle filtrate. Aged for 17 months in new French oak barrels and then aged for a minimum of 12 months in bottle.

Founded in 1917, it is currently one of the largest wineries and a benchmark for the Montsant Denomination of Origin, in the Priorat region. The objective of the winery is to produce a good product without leaving aside respect for tradition and show the character that defines it.

In 1932, the Falset subzone was created within the limits of the DO Tarragona, which had previously occupied the current territory of the DO Montsant (finally created in 2001). It currently has a total of fifty-nine wineries spread between the Priorat and the Ribera de Ebro. The DO covers everything from family vineyards to private wineries of various sizes and major cooperatives.
