Rasim Vipansit Blanc
Sweet white wine made from grapes dried in the shade on a bed of straw. Rasim is the name this grape was given in fourteenth-century Perpignan and is the origin of the words raïm, in Catalan, and raisin, in French. It's also the name of the project that emerged from the partnership with designer Claret Serrahima to make two dessert wines in Vallbona de les Monges.

In the vineyard
Grapes from the vineyards nestled among forests in the municipality of Nalec, the smallest village in the Urgell region. It stands on a small hill at 487 metres above sea level in the southern part of the region.
In the winery
The grapes are dried in the shade, on a bed of straw, for the time required to reach the desired potential alcohol by volume. Selection and pressing of the grapes. Extraction of the concentrated must that ferments in stainless steel tanks.
L'Olivera Cooperativa
Celler Cooperatiu L'Olivera makes wines and olive oils with a view to expressing their true origins.
But the Bodega L'Olivera is much more. It's a cooperative for social integration, which incorporates people with difficulties who play an active role in the whole process.
Do Costers Del Segre
The continental nature of this region, far from the sea, kept it off trading routes for centuries, resulting in wines with characteristic features.
It was the first place in Catalonia where the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay varieties were introduced, together with native varieties, and also where Californian winemaking techniques were adopted.
