Llàgrimes de Tardor Mistela Negra excels the traditional consumption of this type of vin de liqueur and proves perfect for pairing with the dessert course of an important meal. Its texture, which offsets the sweetness, means that we can pair it with slightly sweet desserts, such as a cheesecake or dark chocolate cake. The combination with quince and cheese or any blue cheese is also exquisite.
Simply amazing! This mistela is a sweet vin de liqueur that revolutionises your palate. Strangely enough, it can be paired with sweet and not so sweet desserts. But also try pairing it with semi-soft cheeses with a very intense flavour. For example, drink it with a blue cheese made with raw sheep's milk. Let us know what you think! Drink within three years of harvest. Once the bottle is open, replace the original closure and store it in a cool and dark place away from light. You can keep it for up to three years from the harvest. Serve chilled (8-10ºC).

The so-called Customs of Orta (1296) and Miravet (1319) already regulated the sale of wine from the region. But it wasn't until the late nineteenth century that winegrowing became widespread. With the phylloxera plague, the demand from producers for DO Terra Alta [1] grapes increased, first from the French and then from the neighbouring regions that today are DO Tarragona and DOQ Priorat. In the early twentieth century, the organisation of cooperatives was a revolution.
