Pairing Notes

Ideal as an aperitif, this cava with an original colour will decorate the table and will pair well with cold cuts, jellies, cannelloni and other party dishes.

Rosés have been in the spotlight lately and are gaining new followers every day. Like other rosé cavas, this is the perfect choice for a party. But that's not the end of the story. Cellar

Vinícola De Sarral

1959 saw the merger of this village's two farming entities, the Agricultural Union, created in 1907, and the Winegrowers Union, formed in 1913 under the name of Cooperativa Vinícola de Sarral.

The production of bottled wines and cavas dates back to the 1980s (the construction of the first cellar, for example, dates from 1984). Later, the facilities were expanded and modernised, first for the production of cavas and then still wines.
