Very intense cherry red color, with violet reflections, clean and very bright.
Nose
The first aromas that will emerge are ripe fruit such as strawberry, currant or blackberry, then toasted tones, vanilla and cinnamon appear. And you can even end up appreciating notes of aromatic plants such as mint or eucalyptus.
Mouthfeel
Dense wine, with tannins marked at its optimum point. Acid point with very pleasant finish.
General
Very versatile, round and balanced. A pure DO Montsant wine in which red grenache and Carignan predominate.

In the vinyeard
Vines aged 20 to 50 years planted on states with slate, clay, limestone and sandy soil, at an altitude of between 350-500 m.
In the winery
The varieties are vinified separately in stainless vats at a controlled temperature, with a temperature of 14ºC of maceration and then alcoholic fermentation at 22ºC. After gentle pressing, controlled malolactic fermentation begins. Aged for 6 to 8 months in French oak barrels.

The Cooperativa Falset-Marçà (DO Montsant) is the result of the merger between the Marçà and Falset cooperatives, two neighbouring towns just a three-kilometre drive apart in the southern part of the Priorat region.
Do Montsant
In 1932, the Falset subzone was created within the limits of the DO Tarragona, which had previously occupied the current territory of the DO Montsant (finally created in 2001). It currently has a total of fifty-nine wineries spread between the Priorat and the Ribera de Ebro. The DO covers everything from family vineyards to private wineries of various sizes and major cooperatives.
